In addition to dog training and pet first aid services, I also offer provisional pet care options for those in need of solo dog walks or home visits while traveling or temporarily unable to care for pets. Having been a professional dog walker and pet sitter for many years, I am proficient in keeping dogs happy, entertained and well-exercised while their families are away or otherwise occupied. I am able to take your pup out for a long trail hike, dog park excursion, neighborhood outing, and/or provide brief home visits for meals, exercise or potty breaks. You can rest assured that your pets will be in good hands with an experienced professional !
Before ANY training or care can happen, we'll need to have a Consultation: In order to understand what kinds of service will best benefit you & your Mutt, I need to meet with you to discuss the behavioral challenges you're facing, assess how your pup behaves & observe how they react to various stimuli. We'll discuss your dog's behavior both in & out of the home, any triggers you perceive, & the body language & mannerisms we both observe. I can often provide management techniques for you to use right away, & we'll discuss ways forward in regards to appropriate training or care options that suit your lifestyle, schedule & personal preferences. A consultation normally lasts 60 minutes, but I put no time limit on the very important process of getting to know you & your Mutt.
