I want you to be happy with the training you receive, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out for any number of reasons.

I am happy to offer a full refund of any unused training sessions within 3 months of purchase (minus a 20% administration fee). After 3 months I will refund 50% of any unused training sessions (minus 20%).
